We had some serious electrical issues in my house, breakers tripping randomly, lights were flickering and some other weird things were going on, we had 2 other electrical companies come out, neither were able to find the problem, we were very worried about our home catching fire! My wife happened to be at home depot and saw this very impressive electrical van, she approached the electrician with our issues, he called his boss, Bruce Saul who came out 2 hrs later and within 30 minutes found the problem and fixed it! I had a previous electrical company install my car charger in my garage, a few weeks later i smelled something burning and my car charger outlet was very hot to the touch. I call the electrical company that did the install and they said they couldn’t get out to my house for 2 weeks! I was very worried about a fire so i called Innovative Power Solutions, spoke with Bruce, he sent an electrician out right away, he said the outlet is the wrong type specified for my car charger and showed my the manufacture spec sheet from his cell phone. He got the correct one installed for me. I will only use I.P.S. electric for any and all my electrical needs in the future.
